I'm Krystil, and this work is my soul's purpose.

I didn't build Innerbloom because the birth world needed another training program. I built it because I was tired of watching passionate women get certified and then thrown into the deep end with no real skills, no business plan, and no one in their corner.

After supporting over thousands of families and mentoring 500+ doulas, I've seen what actually makes someone thrive in this work... and it's not just knowing the stages of labor. It's walking into any birth room or living room with full confidence. It's advocating without overstepping. It's holding space when everything falls apart and your client is looking at you like you're the anchor. That's what I teach.

I am obsessed with changing the birth industry. Not in a cute, twinkle lights & affirmation cards way — in a this is my life's work and I will not stop way. Every doula I train, every family that gets better support because of someone who came through Innerbloom, every birthworker who finally builds a business that actually pays her — that's the ripple effect I'm here for.
